Updating employee’s contracts to be compliant with labor law.• Creating Job descriptions by conduction interview with the employees.• Re-designing the organizational structure by analyzing the work process and conducting interviews with each department.

Company E

One of the key responsibilities was, monitoring the Housing contracts, Iqamas, school verification, and children Iqama’s of around 270 of non-Saudi employees. By assigning this assignment, I’ve created reports to ease the process of identifying the un-update or the expired documents and uploading them in an excel sheet share point.
